Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase & Delivery

  • All tickets are sold as digital e-tickets. Your confirmation email serves as your valid entry.
  • Make Hope Possible Limited reserves the right to refuse admission.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • If the Event is Cancelled: You are entitled to a full refund of the face value of your ticket. We will contact you via the email provided at checkout to process this within 14 days of the cancellation.
  • If the Event is Rescheduled: If we change the date or significantly move the location, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you are entitled to a full refund of the face value.
  • If You Change Your Mind: In accordance with UK law, tickets for “events on a specific date” are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. Therefore, we do not offer refunds if you can no longer attend or simply change your mind.

3. Ticket Transfers

  • While tickets are non-refundable for personal reasons, they are fully transferable. You may give or sell your ticket to another person at the original face value. The new holder must present the original confirmation email at the door.

4. Pricing Tiers

  • Young Scot: Holders must present a valid Young Scot NEC or ID showing they are under 26 at the door. Failure to do so may result in being asked to pay the difference for a Standard Admission.
  • Solidarity: This is a voluntary contribution. We thank you for supporting the accessibility of our events.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Make Hope Possible Limited is not liable for any personal travel or accommodation costs incurred if an event is cancelled or rescheduled. We recommend checking travel status before beginning your journey.
